输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后3天心搏骤停1例

Cardiac arrest on the 3rd day after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in one case

心搏骤停是临床急症,抢救难度大,即使复苏成功也往往会留下不同程度的后遗症。我科1例输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后3d的患者突然出现心搏骤停,经积极抢救复苏成功,未留下明显后遗症,现报告如下。1病例资料患者,女,54岁,已婚,因左腰部疼痛5年余,左肾造瘘术后11d,于2015年2月26日入院。2月15日,患者曾因＂左腰部疼痛伴高热3d＂于我院急诊行左肾造瘘术,否认药物、食物过敏史。

Cardiac arrest is a life-threatening clinical emergency.It is extremely difficult to save.Even after a successful resuscitation,some sequelae may occur.A patient with cardiac arrest on the 3rd day after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,who were admitted into our department,did not manifested sequelae after a successful resuscitation.Presently reports as follow.
