摘要
随着现代生物技术的发展,特别是分子生物学技术的应用,高校实验教学对"食品生物技术及农产品加工实验"的教学内容提出了新的要求。根据新疆农产品加工特点和食品科学各相关学科发展现状,提出了适合新疆高校"食品生物技术及农产品加工实验"的教学改革内容。
With the development of modern biotechnology,especially the application of molecular biology technology,the experimental teaching in colleges and universities has put forward new requirements on the teaching contents of Food Biotechnology and Agricultural Products Processing Experiment. We propose the teaching reform of Food Biotechnology and Agricultural Product Processing Experiment in colleges and universities of Xinjiang according to the characteristics of agricultural product processing in Xinjiang and present status of the development of food science.
