某公司年产10万t硫酸建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Control effect of occupational hazards in the sulfuric acid of construction project

目的对某公司年产10万t硫酸的建设项目进行职业病危害因素识别,对相应防护措施效果进行评价。方法收集相关资料,采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测法、职业健康检查法、检查表法等进行定性、定量评价。结果本项目存在粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素。经检测,粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温合格率均为100%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施基本符合国家职业卫生要求。

Objective Identify occupational risk factors in the construction project of producing sulfuric acid,evaluate the effects of corresponding prevention measures. Methods the project was evaluated with the methods of field investigation,detection,health examination and checklist. Results This project included dust,toxicants,noise,temperature and other occupational diseases. Qualified rates of dust,poison,noise,and high temperature were 100%. Conclusion Protective measures is essential to meet the requirements of the national occupation hygiene in the project.
