青岛市海水淡化项目预防性卫生监督审核要点探讨

目的从技术审查层面探讨青岛市海水淡化项目预防性卫生监督的审核要点,为将来海水淡化项目卫生规范的完善提供材料依据和技术参考。方法收集相关技术资料,综合工程分析,开展卫生学调查。根据调查分析结果,对照有关公共卫生法律、法规做出项目评价,提炼青岛市海水淡化项目预防性卫生监督审核要点。结果水源水的质量与预处理、水质的日常监测、反渗透膜系统的稳定运行以及应急预案的建立健全是影响水质安全的重要因素。结论建议从水源选址、平面布局、工艺流程以及卫生防护措施等方面开展卫生审查,明确关键技术要点,为建设项目卫生审查工作的不断完善、全面推进提供技术支持。

Objective To discuss the preventive health supervision audit points of our city water desalination project from the aspect of technical review,provide the material basis and technical reference for the perfection of desalination project health standards in the future. Methods related technical data was collected and integrated engineering data was analyzed,hygiene investigation was conducted with reference to public health laws and regulations to make project evaluation,refining the preventive health supervision and audits for the Qingdao sea water desalination project. Results Source water quality,the water daily monitoring,the stable operation of the reverse osmosis membrane system and the contingency plans were very important factors of affecting the safety of water quality. Conclusion It’s suggested to carry out health review from water source site selection,layout,process flow and health protection measures,clear the key technical point,provide technical support for the continuous improvement of the health examination work for construction project.
