摘要
目的建立以固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对乳制品进行三聚氰胺检测的一种新方法。方法本实验通过多次摸索改良前处理方法,在阳离子交换固相萃取柱前采用Sep-pak小柱对样品进行富集净化,后采用高效液相色谱法检测。结果对100份乳品及乳制品样品进行三聚氰胺检验,最小检测质量浓度为2 mg/kg;回收率在90.5%~94.3%之间;6次测定结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.43%。结论此方法比原国标方法缩短了检验时间,所获结果准确可靠,重复性良好,提高了工作效率,实现了对乳品与乳制品中三聚氰胺的快速准确的定性定量分析。
Objective To establish a new method for the detection of melamine of dairy products by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatographic. Methods In this experiment,pretreatment method was improved by many times,the sample was enriched through sep-pak column before entering the cation exchange solid-phase extraction column and was determined by HPLC. Results Through the test of the 100 copies of melamine in dairy and dairy product samples,the minimum detection concentration was 2 mg / kg; the recovery was 90. 5%-94. 3%; relative standard deviation of six determinations( RSD) was 2. 43%. Conclusion Compared with the original national standard method,the improved pretreatment method makes the test time shorter,the result is more accurate,reliable and has a good repeatability,it is realized on the fast and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of melamine in dairy and dairy products.
