中青年腹膜透析患者疾病不确定感与情绪的相关性研究

Research on correlation between uncertainty in illness and mood state of young and middle-aged patients with peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨中青年腹膜透析患者疾病不确定感与情绪的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感量表和简式简明心境问卷对225例中青年腹膜透析患者进行问卷调查。结果中青年腹膜透析患者疾病不确定感处于中等水平，疾病不确定感总分与简式简明心境问卷总分及紧张-焦虑、愤怒-敌意、抑郁-沮丧、迷惑-混乱等维度呈正相关（r=0．425～0．826，P〈0．01），与精力-活力维度呈负相关（r=-0．732，P〈0．01）。结论情绪会影响中青年腹膜透析患者的疾病不确定感，医护人员应注重对患者负性情绪进行针对性的干预，指导其进行情绪管理，从而降低患者的疾病不确定感，促进心理健康。

Objective To investigate the relationship between uncertainty in illness and mood state in young and middle - aged patients with peritoneal di- alysis（PD）. Methods The general information questionnaire, Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale - Adult （ MUIS - A） and Profile of Mood State - Short Form （ POMS - SF） were used to investigate 225 young and middle - aged PD patients. Results The uncertainty in illness of young and middle - aged PD patients was in a moderate level. The total score of illness uncertainty was positively correlated with total state of mood state and factor scores of tension - anxiety, anger - hostility, depression - dejection and confusion - bewilderment （ r = 0. 425-0. 826, P 〈 0.01 ）, but negatively correlated with the factor score of vigor - activity （ r = - 0. 732,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Uncertainty in illness of young and middle - aged PD patients is related to mood state. Medical personnel should provide effective interventions to relieve negative emotion of PD patients,instruct patients to manage emotion to decrease uncertainty in illness and promote mental health.
