应用标准化助产流程对初产妇自然分娩影响的研究

Application of standardized midwifery process in the natural childbirth of primipara

目的探讨应用标准化助产流程对初产妇自然分娩的影响。方法将200例初产妇分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组实施常规产前健康教育及分娩护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上,从产前教育、分娩体位及会阴侧切3个方面应用标准化助产流程进行护理干预。结果观察组剖宫产率、会阴侧切率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);产妇满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论应用标准化助产流程有效提高了产妇自然分娩率,降低会阴侧切率,有利于产妇产后恢复和新生儿的喂养。

Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized midwifery process in the natural childbirth me primiparm Methods Two hundred prenatal low-risk primipara were divided into the eontrol group and the experimental group with 100 cases in each group. Patients in the eontrel group received routine prenatal education and delivery care,while patients in the experimental group received standardized midwifery process including prenatal education,delivery position and lateral episiotomy. Results The cesarean section rate and episiotomy rate decreased,while the patient satisfaction increased （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conduslon The application of standardized midwifery process can improve the natural childbirth rate,decrease the rate of episiotomy,and improve patient satisfaction.
