摘要
目的评价持续性健康教育降低晚期癌症患者的自我感受负担水平的效果。方法将2013年6月至12月收治的192例晚期癌症患者设为对照组,采用常规健康教育;将2014年1月至6月收治的194例晚期癌症患者设为干预组,采用持续性健康教育方法。比较两组患者自我感受负担状况。结果开展持续性健康教育1个月,两组晚期癌症患者的自我感受负担差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);开展持续性健康教育2个月和3个月后,干预组患者的自我感受负担评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);接受持续性健康教育3个月后干预组患者的自我感受负担程度低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论持续性健康教育可以改善晚期癌症患者的自我感受负担状况。
Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous health education on self - perceived burden in patients with advanced cancer. Methods A total of 192 advanced cancer patients admitted from June 2013 to December 2013 were recruited as the control group and received regular evaluation of health edu- cation. 194 patients January 2014 to June 2014 were recruited as the experimental group and received continuous health education. Self - perceived burden of patients in the two groups were compared. Result There was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of self - perceived burden after one month health education (P 〉 0.05 ). The scores of self - perceived burden of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 2 and 3 months continuous health education ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Patients in the intervention group lower than the control group with self - per- ceived burden of depression after 3 months continuous health educatioon ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Continuous health education can improve the self perceived burden in patients with advanced cancer.
