沈阳军区兴城疗养院专项整治前后抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis on Application of Antibiotics in Xingcheng Sanatorium of Shenyang Military Region before and after Special Rectification

目的:对沈阳军区兴城疗养院(以下简称"我院")抗菌药物专项整治前后的数据进行分析探讨,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法:用我院《军队医院医疗质量控制管理系统》检索出2012年、2013年和2014年抗菌药物的使用数据,整理出抗菌药物的使用率、送检率及I类切口预防使用抗菌药物比例等数据,对比分析整治前后的使用数据变化。结果:全院Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用率由97.1%下降到75.4%,住院患者抗菌药物使用率由60.3%下降到51.9%,送检率由27.3%上升到36.8%。结论:抗菌药物专项整治取得了一定成效,基本实现了预期要求,但仍然存在一些不合理现象,需加强管理。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the data of antibiotics before and after special rectification in Xingcheng Sanatorium of Shenyang Military Region（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,so as to promote the rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： The application data of antibiotics in 2012,2013 and 2014 were retrieved from Military Hospital Medical Quality Control Management System,the application rate of antibiotics,bacteria examination rate and ratio of preventive application of antibiotics in type I incision were sorted out,changes of data before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. RESULTS： The application rate of antibiotics in type I incision decreased from97. 1% to 75. 4%,the application rate of antibiotics for inpatients decreased from 60. 3% to 51. 9%,and the bacteria examination rate increased from 27. 3% to 36. 8%. CONCLUSIONS： The special rectification of antibiotics has achieved some results,the expected requirements has been basically realized,but there are still some unreasonable phenomenon that need the further strength of management.
