航天中心医院2014年处方点评与分析

Review and Analysis of Prescriptions in Aero Space Center Hospital in 2014

目的:了解航天中心医院(以下简称"我院")门诊用药的基本情况,以规范临床用药,保障患者用药安全。方法:采用随机抽样法,从我院2014年全部门诊处方中每月抽取处方200张,合计2 400张进行统计、分析。结果:2014年我院抽取的2 400张处方中,处方合格率达96.90%,不合格率为3.10%。不规范处方有7张,占不合理处方的9.59%;不适宜处方有60张,占不合理处方的82.19%;超常处方有6张,占不合理处方的8.22%。结论:此次处方抽查结果表明,我院临床合理用药水平较高,不合理处方主要为不适宜处方。药师应为临床医师提供专业的用药建议,以保障患者用药安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the basic application status of drug use in outpatient department of Aero Space Center Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,so as to regulate the clinical drug use and ensure the medication safety in patients. METHODS： According to the random sampling method,200 outpatient prescriptions of our hospital were sampled in each month of 2014,totally 2 400 prescriptions were statistically analyzed. RESULTS： Of the 2 400 prescriptions,the qualified rate was 96. 90%,the reject rate was 3. 10%. 7 cases were non-standard prescriptions,accounting for 9. 59% of the irrational prescriptions; 60 cases were inappropriate prescriptions,accounting for 82. 19%; and 6 cases were abnormal prescriptions,accounting for 8. 22%. CONCLUSIONS： The results of the prescription spot check showed that the level of clinical rational drug use in our hospital is relatively high,the irrational prescriptions are mainly focus on inappropriate prescriptions. The pharmacists are suppose to provide professional medication suggestions for the clinicians,so as to ensure fate and effective medication in patients.
