中医内科学典型病例引入PBL教学法应用初探

The Application of PBL Teaching Method on the Typical Cases of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

结合中医院校医学生的特点,探讨将典型病例引入PBL教学法在中医内科学教学中的应用。笔者从PBL教学法引入中医内科教学的必要性及其与临床典型病例教学法在中医内科学教学中的优势与不足,以及PBL教学法在中医内科学教学中具体实施等几方面进行探讨,认为将典型病例与PBL教学法结合能有效地调动学生学习中医内科学的主动性和积极性,提高教学质量,激发学习兴趣,提高学生的自主学习能力和解决临床实际问题的能力,同时也有利于学生创新思维和创新能力的培养。

To discuss the application of typical cases in PBL teaching of internal medicine of TCM course by combining the characteristics of students. The author made a discussion and reflection about the teaching practice and necessity of PBL mode in Chinese Internal Medicine in our college, analyzed the significances and insufficiencies of typical cases teaching, and thought that the typical cases combined with PBL teaching efficiently motivated students＇ interest and initiative of learning. The method contributed to enhancing the teaching quality and developing students＇ ability of self-studying and solving clinical problems. At the same time it is also conducive to the cultivation of students＇ creative thinking and innovative ability.
