临床实习是医学教育的重要组成部分,是医学生把理论知识与实践相结合的重要阶段,是培养医学生临床思维、医德医风和综合能力的重要环节,是医学生走向临床一线工作的桥梁。临床实习带教工作责任重大,如何做好临床实习带教工作,提高临床带教质量是我们临床教学工作者的重大问题。

Clinical practice teaching has great responsibility, how to do clinical practice teaching work, and to improve the quality of clinical teaching is a major problem for our clinical teaching staff.
