摘要
探讨中医治疗放射性皮肤损伤的思路与方法。通过对肿瘤放射治疗所致皮肤损伤的发病机理、临床症状进行分析,总结放射性皮肤损伤中医病理病机为热毒瘀结,确定基本治疗方法,并对当前中医、西医治疗放射性皮肤损伤的现状进行了疗效总结分析,从中国古典医书及当代医学书籍中查找有效的治疗方剂,并进行比对,选取满意的治疗方剂。
To explore the idea and method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of radioactivity skin damage. The patho-genesis and clinical symptom of Tumor radiotherapy skin damage were analyzed, the radioactive skin lesions pathology and pathogen-esis of TCM for toxic heat and blood stasis were summarized, and the basic treatment method was determined. The current status of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of radioactive skin injury were analyzed. We looked for an effec-tive prescription from classical and contemporary medical books, and compared and selected satisfied prescriptions.
