摘要
目的:探讨情绪调节策略(认知重评与表达抑制)对文化疏离感与汉区高校少数民族大学生幸福感之间关系的调节作用。方法:采用情绪调节策略问卷、文化疏离感问卷与幸福感问卷对612名汉区高校少数民族大学生进行调查。结果:1文化疏离感、表达抑制与汉区高校少数民族大学生幸福感呈显著负相关。认知重评与汉区高校少数民族大学生幸福感呈显著正相关。2文化疏离感、认知重评、表达抑制对汉区高校少数民族大学生幸福感的效应均显著。3认知重评会缓冲文化疏离感对汉区高校少数民族大学生幸福感的风险效应;表达抑制会增强文化疏离感对汉区高校少数民族大学生幸福感的风险效应。结论:认知重评与表达抑制对文化疏离感与汉区高校少数民族大学生幸福感之间关系具有调节作用。
Objective: To investigate whether emotion regulation strategies(i.e., cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression) moderated the relationship between cultural alienation and well-being of minority students in Han district col- leges. Methods: A sample of 612 minority students in Han district colleges was recruited in the study to complete cultural alienation questionnaire, emotion regulation strategies questionnaire and well-being questionnaire. Results: (1)Cuhural alienation and expressive suppression were negatively correlated to well-being of minority eollege students in Han district colleges. Cognitive reappraisal was positively correlated to well-being of minority students in Han district colleges. (2)Cul- rural alienation, expressive suppression and cognitive reappraisal influenced well-being of minority students in Han district colleges. (3)Cognitive reappraisal could buffer the effect of cultural alienation on well-being of minority students in Han dis- trict colleges. Expressive suppression could reinforce the effect of cultural alienation on well-being of minority students in Han district colleges. Conclusion: Cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression moderate the effect of cultural alien- ation on well-being of minority students in Han district colleges.
