新医改背景下患者就医影响因素调查研究

Investigation and Study of Influencing Factors on Patients' Decision for Medical Treatment in New Medical Reform

目的了解患者就医决策,探讨新医改背景下患者就医的影响因素及其各自的影响力大小。方法运用SPSS19.0统计软件,对收回的原始数据进行录入、归类、整合、分析,得出研究结果。结果患者的就医决策受到自身收入和疾病严重程度的影响,不同的收入水平以及不同的疾病严重程度都会影响到患者的决策行为。结论为了使收入不同和所患疾病严重程度不同的患者都能够获得及时有效的医疗救治,应提高医疗卫生资源的充分利用率,增加相对资源数。

Objective： To understand patients＇ decisions for medical treatment and explore the influencing factors and their influences in newmedical reform. Method： The authors,with SPSS19. 0 Software of Statistics,record,classify,integrate and analyze the collected original data and come to the study conclusion. Result： Patients＇ decision-making for medical treatment is affected by their own income and disease severity. Therefore,different incomes and different disease severities can affect patients＇ decisions.Conclusion： In order to ensure that patients with different incomes and diseases get immediate and effective medical treatment,full utilization of medical health resources should be upgraded and the number of related resources be increased.
