摘要
目的分析广州市某大型公立医院托管企业医院案例,探索中小型医院人才培养管理的合理模式,为中小型医院有效培养管理人才提供思路。方法采取回顾性对照研究的方法,分析托管前后中小型医院人才管理和培养的现状,并对实践的阶段性效果进行总结、思考。结果托管后,被托管医院在岗位设置、培养机制、薪酬分配方面得到有效改善,对人才的培养和管理起到了重要的导向作用。结论托管合作方式是实现人才整合的有效过程,但如何进行统筹规划培养、引入考核体系、提供培养路径对托管医院的成效起到重要影响。
Objective: To analyze the example of an enterprise hospital entrusting itself to a large-scale public hospital,and explore the reasonable management mode for talent training so to provide a train of thought for the effective talent training management in middle and small size hospitals. Method: The authors,with retrospective control study,analyze the present situation of talent training management in the middle and small size hospitals,summarize and consider the periodic practice results. Result: Post setting,training mechanism and salary distribution in the entrusted hospitals are all effectively improved,which plays a guiding role in talent training and management. Conclusion: The trusteeship cooperation is an effective way of talent integration,which raises further considerations: the important effects of talent training planned as whole,introduction of examination system and training routes on the entrusted hospitals.
