与胰岛素抵抗相关的基因多态性研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 2型糖尿病是一种复杂的多基因遗传疾病，胰岛素抵抗是其重要发病机制，是胰岛素和胰岛素受体结合后信号传导过程发生障碍的结果。目前研究发现多种基因突变与胰岛素抵抗的发生和发展相关。本文针对影响胰岛素抵抗的相关基因进行阐述。
