摘要
近几年,国内对于人参炮制品——黑参开始进行研究。通过查阅相关文献,总结了黑参的炮制工艺、化学成分及药理活性,为进一步合理开发利用黑参提供理论依据。今后还应在黑参质量标准控制、特有药理活性有效成分,以及黑参中人参皂苷的代谢等方面深入研究。
Recently some researches on black ginseng, reported. The presented paper reviews the processing technology, a processing product of ginseng only in China have been chemical composition and pharmacological activity of black ginseng in order to lay a foundation for further rational development and utilization. The study is further needed in respects of quality control standard, unique pharmacglogical components and metabolism of ginsenosides of black ginseng.
