摘要
目的探讨微量清蛋白尿(MAU)水平与脑动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选取2011年3月至2014年1月该院神经内科行脑血管造影患者116例,按造影结果分为脑动脉粥样硬化狭窄组(A组)66例和脑血管造影正常组(B组)50例。血管狭窄程度分为轻度(1级)〈50%、中度(2级)50%-〈70%、重度(3级)70%-〈100%。分别检测各组的MAU水平及与狭窄部位有无相关性。结果 A组MAU水平较B组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=52.6,P〈0.05)。MAU水平与狭窄部位无关(r=0.024,P〉0.05),而与狭窄程度相关(r=0.462,P〈0.01)。多元逐步回归分析,MAU被筛选引入回归方程,MAU:偏回归系数β=0.019,P=0.001。结论微量MAU水平是脑动脉粥样硬化的独立影响因子,且与脑血管动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between microalbuminria(MAU) and cerebral arterial atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 116 patients with cerebral angiography in the neurology department of our hospital from March 2011 to January 2014 were selected and divided into the the cerebral arterial atherosclerosis stenosis group(A,66 cases) and the normal cerebral angiography group(B,50 cases). The cerebral vascular stenosis degrees were divided into mild(grade 1),moderate(grade 2,50%),moderate(grade 2,50%-70%) and severe(grade 3,70%-100%) according to the vascular stenosis degrees. The MAU level was detected in each group and its correlation with the stenosis site was analyzed. Results The MAU level in the group A was significantly decreased compared with the group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=52.6,P〈0.05). The MAU level had no correlation with the stenosis site(r=0.024,P〈0.05),while had a correlation with the stenosis degree(r=0.462,P〈0.01). In the multiple stepwise regression analysis,MAU was screened out for introducing to the regression equation,MAU:MAU:partial regression coefficient β =0.019,P =0.001. Conclusion The MAU level is an independent influencing factor of cerebral arterial atherosclerosis,moreover is negatively correlated with the stenosis degree of cerebral vascular atherosclerosis.
