青年乳腺癌的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 青年乳腺癌患者通常是诊断为乳腺癌时年龄在40岁及其以下的一类女性患者,但也有将青年乳腺癌患者定义为年龄小于35岁及其以下的女性患者。由于女性对自身健康问题的重视、影像学检查技术的进步、乳房穿刺活检及麦默通旋切活检的普及,青年乳腺癌患者逐渐增多。青年乳腺癌有着特殊的分子分型,是否与其较差的预后有关仍有争议。目前乳腺癌手术方式主要有乳腺癌保乳根治、乳腺癌改良根治术、乳腺皮下切除术联合乳房重建术,
