摘要
目的探讨循证护理对反复体外受精及胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)失败患者妊娠结局及生活质量的影响。方法选取体外受精及胚胎移植患者204例IVF-ET反复失败者随机分为对照组100例和观察组104例。比较2组妊娠结局与生活质量的差异。结果观察组人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)阳性率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,生活质量评定量表中生理健康、心理健康、社会健康、总体健康4个维度评分均高于对照组。结论循证护理有助于改善IVF-ET反复失败患者妊娠结局与生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on pregnancy outcomes and life quality of patients with repeated in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）failures.Methods Totally 204IVF-ET patients with repeated failures were randomly divided into an observation group（n=104）given evidence-based nursing and a control group（n=100）provided with routine nursing.The pregnancy outcome and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The HCG positive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the abortion rate of the former was lower than the latter.The scores of the four dimensions of life quality,including physical health,psychological health,social health and global health of the former were higher than the latter.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is helpful to improve pregnancy outcome and life quality for IVF-ET patients with repeated failures.
