临床带教老师对本科护生实习积极性影响的分析

The effect of clinical teaching on college nursing students' internship motivation

目的分析临床带教老师对本科护生实习积极性的影响。方法采用自编问卷对150名本科实习护生进行问卷调查。结果本科护生实习积极性处于中等偏低水平。影响本科护生实习积极性的因素依次为师生关系融洽度、带教方法、工作认可度、带教老师专业水平、带教老师素质等。结论提高临床带教老师对带教工作的认识,从个人素质、专业知识水平、带教管理、带教方法等方面改进,同时加强师生的沟通、协调能力,及时反馈,可提高护理本科生实习的积极性。

Objectives To investigate the effect of clinical teaching on college nursing students＇ internship motivation.Methods A total of 105 undergraduate nurse students were investigated using a self-made questionnaire.Results The college nursing students＇ internship motivation was below the medium level.The influencing factors included the college students＇ relationship with teachers,teaching methods,recognition of work,teachers＇ professional level,teachers＇ quality,and so on.Conclusions Some countermeasures are suggested to inspire the college nursing students＇ internship motivation,such as enhancing the clinical teachers＇ ability in view of individual aptitude,professional knowledge,clinical teaching management and teaching methods,and strengthening the communication between the students and teachers.
