摘要
目的探讨优质护理现场会对五常法管理的应用效果。方法选取60个科室,比较开展优质护理现场会前（2013年3~12月）和开展优质护理现场会后（2014年1~10月）五常法管理评分及存在的问题。结果实施优质护理现场会后评分（97.6±4.1）分高于实施前的（91.1±6.6）分（t=-6.480,P=0.000）。实施优质护理现场会后,常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常自律各项中存在的问题明显少于实施前。存在问题排在前3的为常组织中的无用物品未及时回收、常整顿中的物品未定点放置、常规范中的标签不整齐。结论优质护理现场会可以有效改善五常法管理效果,提高护理工作实施效果。
Objective To study the effects of high quality nursing demonstration on 5S management.Methods Sixty departments were randomly chosen.The management effects before（from March to December 2013）and after（from January to October 2014）the application of high quality nursing demonstration were compared and the problems were analyzed.Results The full score after the demonstration was（97.6±4.1）,significantly higher than that（91.1±6.6）before it.After the meeting,the problems of structurising,systematising,standardising,sanitising and self-discipline decreased significantly.The greatest problem was untimely recovery of useless items in structurising,followed by fixed placing of items in sanitising and irregular labelling in standardizing.Conclusion High quality nursing demonstration can significantly improve the management effects of5 Smanagement and improve the nursing quality.
