摘要
基于模糊数学理论,文章分析和总结了BT项目潜在的风险因素及风险类别。采用层次分析法和变异系数法分别得出权重向量,然后,对两者进行组合赋权,确定风险评价指标权重值。引入非线性模糊矩阵合成运算方法,建立基于非线性模糊理论的BT项目风险评价模型,对BT建设项目风险进行评价,为实施项目风险管理提供指导。
Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, the paper analyzes and summarizes the potential risk factors and categories of BT project. By using the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and coefficient of variation calculated weight vector, the paper combines both of them to determine the index weight. Using the nonlinear fuzzy matrix synthesis operation method to establish the risk assessment model of BT project, the paper aims to evaluate the risk of BT project and provide guidance for the implementation of project risk management.
