基于AutoLISP与Excel的农村土地承包经营权调查权利人数据一致性检查

Obligee Consistency Checking in the Survey of Rural Land Contract and Operation Rights Based on Auto LISP and Excel

文章通过对农村土地承包经营权调查的方法、精度等进行分析,根据实际调查经验总结出农村土地承包经营权调查数据存在的问题,并编写Auto LISP应用程序导出了农村土地承包经营权中承包地块权利人信息,利用Excel中的函数对调查数据与汇总数据进行了对比检查,与以往全部依靠人工进行检查相比,可以提高工作效率。

This paper analyzes the method and accuracy of surveying rural land contract and operation rights and digs out the problems in the survey data. Then the paper derives the land parcel obligee＇s information with the AutoLISP program and cheeks the consistency between the survey data and the collected data with Excel. Compared with all manual checking, the program improves the working efficiency.
