废轮胎热解炭黑/炭黑N550并用对丁苯橡胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 表征了废轮胎热解炭黑(CBp)与炭黑N550的差异,并将两者并用填充到SBR中,考察其对SBR各项性能的影响。结果表明,CBp中灰分含量远高于炭黑N550,统计吸附比表面积相近,但结构度低。随着CBp用量的增大,胶料焦烧时间和正硫化时间明显缩短,挤出半成品表面变得粗糙,硫化胶拉伸性能、撕裂性能下降幅度很小,定伸应力下降,耐磨性变差;0℃tanδ值逐渐减小,60℃tanδ值变化不明显。 The differences between pyrolysis carbon black(CBp)and carbon black N550 were characterized,the properties of SBR filled with the 2kinds of carbon black was investigated.The results showed that the ash content of CBp was higher than that of carbon black N550,the STSA was nearly the same,but the DBP adsorption number was low.The scorch time and the cure time were significantly shortened with the increase of the amount of CBp,and the extrusion surface of the compounds became rough.The decrease degrees of the tensil strength and the tear strength were small,the modulus decreased,the abrasion performance gradually became bad.Tanδat 0 ℃ got small,tanδat 60 ℃ did not change significantly.
