注射成型弹性铁垫板产品研制

Development of Injection molding Elastic Iron Plate

介绍了注射成型弹性铁垫板的研制及生产过程,重点研究了配方体系对NR注射工艺性能的影响,并对模具、流道、辅助自动出模装置和注射工艺进行了系统介绍,同时针对不同注射工艺问题进行了分析并提出了解决措施。结果表明,采用注射成型工艺生产弹性铁垫板时生产效率高,劳动强度低,废品损失率低,产品性能满足企业标准要求。

The production process and development of the injection molding elastic iron plate were introduced,the effect of the formula system on the injection process of NR was studied.The mold,flow channel,auxiliary automatic device and injection technology were systematically introduced.The problem for different injection process were analyzed and at the same time the solutions were put forward,too.The results showed that the production efficiency was high by using the injection process,the labor intensity and the scrap rate were low,the produce performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
