疏肝利胆汤抑制兔胆结石形成的作用及机制研究

The effect and mechanism of Shugan Lidan Decoction in inhibiting the formation of gallstone in rabbits

[目的]观察疏肝利胆汤对胆石症家兔胆汁成分和胆汁成石趋势的影响。[方法]将30只家兔随机分为正常对照组、胆结石病理组、疏肝利胆汤治疗组,正常对照组每日喂普通颗粒饲料100g;胆结石病理组每日喂含1.2%高胆固醇饲料100g;疏肝利胆汤治疗组每日喂含1.2%高胆固醇饲料100g及疏肝利胆汤13ml,喂养8周,观察疏肝利胆汤对胆石症家兔胆汁成分和胆汁成石趋势的影响。[结果]疏肝利胆汤组胆汁中的总胆固醇、胆汁成石指数显著低于胆结石病理组,胆囊成石率也较结石组低,差异有统计学意义。[结论]疏肝利胆汤能够显著降低胆汁中的胆固醇含量,抑制胆石成石趋势,减少胆囊结石的发生。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Shugan Lidan Decoction（SLD）on bile composition and lithogenic tendency of rabbits with cholelithiasis.[Methods]Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group,Gallstone pathological group,SLD treatment group.Normal control group fed with normal diet 100 g daily;Gallstone pathological group with diet containing 1.2% high cholesterol 100g;SLD treatment group with diet containing 1.2% high cholesterol 100 g and SLD 13 ml.After 8weeks,bile composition and the lithogenic tendency were observed.[Results]The bile in total cholesterol,bile into the stone index and gallbladder stone formation rate in the SLD treatment group were significantly lower than those in the gallstone pathological group.The difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion]SLD could significantly decrease the content of cholesterol in bile,thus inhibiting the trend of gallstone formation and reducing the incidence of gallbladder stones.
