[Objective]To explore and analyse the clinical significance of serum protein(PA)and cholinesterase(CHE)in liver diseases' diagnosis.[Methods]From May 2013 to May 2013,150 cases of patients with liver diseases in our hospital were treated as experimental group,at the same time another 150 cases with healthy physical examination were treated as control group.Hitachi 7600 biochemical analyzer was used to compare the content of serum prealbumin(PA)and cholinesterase(CHE)levels in the two groups.[Results]The content of serum PA and CHE in the experimental group showed significant difference as compared with those in the control group(t=10.45,P〈0.05,t=0.05,P〈0.05).The content of serum PA of moderate, chronic hepatitis, severe chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis after hepatitis, liver cancer had significant difference as compared with the control group(t=7.66,P〈0.05,t=0.05,P〈0.05,t=0.05,P〈0.05,t=0.05,P〈0.05).The content of serum CHE of moderate, chronic hepatitis, severe chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis after hepatitis had significant difference as compared with the control group(t=6.56,P〈0.05,t=0.05,P〈0.05,t=0.05,P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Changes of serum prealbumin(PA)and cholinesterase(CHE)can sensitively and rapidly reflect liver's damage when liver diseases occur, which may be used as indicators for diagnosis of liver diseases index and worth widely application and promotion in clinical work.
