杨继洲诊疗思维探析

Analysis of YANG Ji-zhou's diagnosis and treatment thoughts

对杨继洲及《针灸大成》中所体现的部分学术思想进行了阐述,认为杨继洲诊疗思维的精髓是辨证审因,参脉论证,重视脾胃。杨继洲重视井穴、效穴、奇穴和对穴;善用手法,针有补泻;重视针、灸、药、摩合用。杨继洲的诊疗思维在辨证审因思想的指导下,付诸临床实践,施穴、用药独具特色,值得进一步学习和研究。

In this paper,the author elaborates YANG Ji-zhou and a part of his academic thoughts embodied in ＂Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion＂. The author thinks the essence of YANG Ji-zhou＇ s diagnosis and treatment thoughts is syndrome differentiation, form demonstration and attaches great importance to the spleen and stomach. YANG Ji-zhou attaches great importance to the well hole, effective hole, qi hole ,paired hole, and the combined therapy of acupuncture, moxibustion, medicine and massage. Under the guide of syndrome differentiation, YANG Ji-zhou＇ s diagnosis and treatment thoughts has been widely used in clinic. His using of acupuncture points and drug is unique, it deserves further study and research.
