肺动脉平滑肌细胞合成和分泌功能及相关调控机制

The synthesis and secretion function of the pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells and related regulatory mechanism

摘要 肺血管重塑以纤维母细胞、平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞增殖为最大特征,并导致管腔闭塞。而肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonary artery smoothmuscle cells,PASMCs)是肺血管重塑的主要效应细胞。了解PASMCs在刺激因素诱导下的合成和分泌功能的改变及其调控机制对预防和治疗以肺血管重塑为主要病理基础的COPD患者具有重要意义。现就影响PASMCs的合成分泌功能的因素和相关调控机制作一综述。 The pulmonary vascular remodeling (PVR),characterized by proliferation of fibroblast, smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells, leads to obstruction of the lumen. Moreover, the pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) is its main effector cells. To understand the changes induced by stimulating factors in synthesis and secretion function and its related regulatory mechanism of PASMCs is of vital importance in the prevention and treatment of COPD patients which PVR as the main pathological basis. Regarding to factors effecting the synthesis and secretion function and related regulatory mechanism of PASMCs, this summarization is presented.
