护生职业伦理素养形成及影响因素调查 被引量:2

Investigation of nursing students vocational ethics accomplishment formation andinfluencing factors

摘要 目的调查不同学历护生职业伦理素养的现状及培养状况,探讨提高护生职业伦理素养的途径,加强对护生职业伦理素养的培养。方法采用护生职业伦理素养及影响因素调查问卷对55名本科生和50名老高职实习护生的职业伦理素养进行调查。结果护生职业伦理素养总体得分(3.89±0.22)分,职业价值观维度得分(3.21±0.33)分,职业伦理认知维度得分(4.18±0.32),职业行为维度得分(4.27±0.23)分。本、老高职护生职业伦理素养总体得分及各维度差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),教师讲授和行为训练对护生的职业伦理素养有影响。结论护生职业伦理素养总体较好,但职业价值观较差。加强教师对伦理知识及职业价值观的指导,对提高护生职业伦理素养有很大帮助。 Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational ethics accomplishment and the training situation of nursing students with different educational backgrounds and to explore the way to improve the occupational ethics accomplishment of nursing students and strengthen it. Methods A total of 55 undergraduate nursing students and 50 junior college nursing students were investigated by questionnaires to analyze the present situation of occupational ethics accomplishment. Results The total score of nursing students ' occupational ethics accomplishment were (3.89±0. 22 ) points, the score of occupational values dimension were (3.21 ±0. 33 ) points, the score of occupational ethics cognitive dimension were (4. 18 ±0. 32) points, and the score of occupational behavior were (4. 27±0. 23 ) points. Conclusions Nursing students occupational ethics accomplishment overall is good, but poor occupation values. To strengthen the teachers guidance of the ethical knowledge and occupation values are benificially to improve the occupation ethics accomplishment of nursing students.
