摘要
以草原3号、康赛、皇冠和驯鹿4个苜蓿品种为材料,研究了其叶绿素荧光参数的日变化及与环境因子的相关性。结果表明:4个苜蓿品种Fo日变化呈先升后降趋势,Fv、Fm和Fv/Fm日变化呈不同规律;国外育成品种康赛、皇冠和驯鹿日平均Fo、Fv、Fm和Fv/Fm均低于国内育成品种草原3号;相关分析表明,对Fv/Fm影响显著的因子是PAR,其次是Ta、RH。
Four alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)cultivars(Caoyuan No.3,Concept,Crown and Xunlu)were chosen to study the correlation between diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and environmental factors.The results showed that the diurnal variation of Fo of four alfalfa cultivars increased first and then decreased,the diurnal variation of Fv,Fm and Fv/Fm had a"W"trend.The daily average of Fo,Fv,Fm and Fv/Fm of foreign alfalfa cultivars(Concept,Crown and Xunlu)were lower than that of domestic alfalfa cultivar,Caoyuan No.3.Correlation analysis showed that PAR was the most significant factor affecting the Fv/Fm,followed by Ta and RH.
