小麦在畜牧业中的应用及“东农冬麦1号”的开发利用

我国是世界上最大的小麦生产国,年产小麦超亿吨,产量相对稳定。近几年,小麦因储存时间过长或保管不当,不能用作食用,只能在动物饲料中使用。由于玉米价格变高,因此用小麦代替玉米作为能量饲料越来越常见。经过近几年的试验研究,冬小麦"东农1号"在高寒地区黑龙江种植成功,且种植面积逐年增加。文章介绍了小麦在畜牧业上的应用及高寒地区冬小麦"东农1号"的开发利用。

China is the largest wheat producing country in the world, with an annual output over 100 million of tons and relatively stable yield. In recent years, due to prolonged storage or improper keeping, wheat can＇t be used as food, but only be as animal feed. With the increase in the price of corn, using wheat instead of corn as an energy feed is common. By some testing in recent years, the ＂Dongnongdongmai 1＂ was planted successfully in Heilongjiang of the cold area, and the planting acreage increased year by year. This article reviewed the use of wheat in animal husbandry, and studied on development and utilization of winter wheat of ＂Dongnongdongmai 1＂.
