摘要 酶作为一种饲料添加剂,在水产养殖和畜禽生产中应用比较广泛,可以提高饲料的利用率,降解饲料中一些无营养价值甚至有毒的成分,从而提高饲料的利用率;在饲料中添加酶还可以改善畜禽胃肠机能,提高机体免疫力,降低发病率和死亡率,改善畜禽生产性能和产品品质。文章阐述了饲料用酶的分类及其应用研究进展。 Enzymes is a kind of feed additives, which is widely used in aquaculture and livestock and poultry production. Enzymes can improve feed utilization, degrade the no nutritional value and even toxic ingredients in feed, thereby enhancing the value of the feed utilization. While adding the enzymes in feed can also improve the gastrointestinal function of livestock and poultry, improving immunity, reducing morbidity and mortality, improving performance of livestock and poultry and quality of livestock and poultry product. In this paper, the application and research progress of some enzymes(phytase, xylanase, cellulose and protease) in feed were introduced.
