纤维桩与铸造桩修复前牙残根残冠的临床效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩核修复前牙残根残冠的临床疗效。方法 50例患者64颗牙,经完善根管治疗后,随机分为玻璃纤维桩组(患牙32颗)和铸造金属桩核组(患牙32颗),桩冠完成后,然后进行金属烤瓷冠或全瓷冠修复,患者随访1-2年,观察修复效果。结果玻璃纤维桩组有1颗牙失败,成功率为96.87%(31/32),铸造金属桩核组有6颗牙失败,成功率为81.25%(26/32),玻璃纤维桩组成功率显著高于铸造金属桩核组(P〈0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠安全有效,修复成功率高,具有更好的临床效果,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and residual root before the restoration of dental crown glass fiber post metal post. Methods 50 patients with 64 teeth, root canal treatment by improving randomly divided into glass fiber post group(32 teeth) and cast metal post and core group(32 teeth), the crown is completed, then the metal porcelain crowns, patients were followed up 1 to 2 years to observe the repair effect. Results The group has a glass fiber post tooth fails, the success rate was 96.87%(31/32), cast metal post and core group of six teeth fail, the success rate was 81.25%(26/32), consisting of a glass fiber post power significantly higher than the cast metal post and core group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Glass fiber post anterior residual crown and root repair is safe and effective repair success rate, with better clinical results, it is worth promoting.
