酒店餐饮厨房的防水设计与施工技术探讨

Discussion on Waterproofing Design and Application Technology for Kitchen of Hotel

针对酒店餐饮厨房渗漏率高这一现状,本文在分析现有施工做法的基础上,提出了一种能避免酒店厨房出现渗漏的改进做法。通过增设混凝土挡水墙、植筋、在植筋处嵌填遇水膨胀止水胶等提升结构的防水效果,以及引入合理的排水方式等措施,可以有效解决厨房渗漏问题。

Regarding the high leaking rate of kitchens in hotels, the article analyzes the existing construction methods and puts forward an improved practice to avoid leakage in hotel kitchens. The kitchen leakages can be solved effectively through adding concrete water-retaining wall, embedded steel bars and filling the steel bar locations with water-stop sealant which will swell when meet water, and introducing reasonable drainage method as well.
