应用协同护理模式对颅脑损伤后患者功能恢复的影响

Effect of collaborative care model on functional recovery of patients with traumatic brain injury

目的:探讨应用协同护理模式(CCM)对颅脑损伤后患者功能恢复的影响。方法:将60例颅脑损伤康复期患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组接受常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施CCM干预;治疗前后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定。结果:治疗后实验组BBS、MBI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将CCM应用在颅脑损伤患者护理中,能够有助于患者功能恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力。

Objective： To explore the effect of collaborative care model（ CCM） on functional recovery of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods： 60 patients with traumatic brain injury in convalescence were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（ 30 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received the routine nursing care and CCM was implemented in the experimental group. BBS and MBI were used to evaluate the patients＇ conditions before and after treatment. Results： The scores of BBS and MBI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of CCM in the nursing care of patients with traumatic brain injury can help the patients to restore function and improve the ADL.
