集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生现状及影响因素

The current situation and influencing factors of sharp instrument injury of staff in the supply center in disinfection centralized supply model

目的：探讨集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生现状及影响因素。方法：2015年2～3月对20所三级甲等医院318名工作人员进行问卷调查,观察集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生情况,分析工作环境因素及个人因素对锐器伤发生的影响情况,以及采用Logistic回归分析集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生的影响因素。结果：318名集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员在1年内锐器伤发生率为84.59%;单因素分析发现集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生与物品处置的合理性、锐器接触频率、医院是否采取防护措施、员工是否定期体检、环境嘈杂程度、是否注册护士、是否上报、职业安全知识渠道数量及工作人员主观认为锐器伤是否可避免均相关（P〈0.05）;Logistic回归分析显示医院防护措施、注册护士、积极上报及工作人员主观认为锐器伤可避免为集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤的保护性因素,经常接触锐器与嘈杂的工作环境为锐器伤的危险性性因素。结论：集中供应模式下消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生率较高,其与工作环境及个人均有关,应加强工作环境的安全性,提高个人相关知识,增强防范意识,尽量避免锐器伤发生。

Objective： To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of sharp instrument injury of staff in the supply center in disinfection centralized supply model. Methods： The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 318 staff of supply center of 20 hospitals at the level of grade Ⅲ-A from Feb. to March 2015 and the logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of work environment factors and personal factors on the occurrence of sharp instrument injury. Results： The incidence of sharp instrument injury of 318 staff in the supply center in one year was 84. 59%. The single factor analysis showed that the sharp instrument injury was related to the rationality of disposition of goods,frequency of sharp instrument contact,etc.（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The incidence of sharp instrument injury of staff in the supply center is higher and the injury is related to the work environment factors and personal factors. The safety of the working environment and personal awareness of knowledge of prevention should be strengthened so as to avoid the occurrence of sharp instrument injury.
