路径式运动疗法在腹腔镜子宫切除术后中的应用

Application of path-based exercise therapy in patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的:探讨路径式运动疗法在腹腔镜子宫切除术后患者的应用效果。方法:将400例行腹腔镜子宫切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各200例,对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施路径式运动疗法,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者术后对活动方法掌握及配合情况、术后不适发生率、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后活动意外及并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:路径式运动疗法可促进腹腔镜子宫切除术后患者机能快速恢复,减少并发症。

Objective： To explore the method and effect of applying path-based exercise therapy in postoperative patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods： 40 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 200 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was given to the patients after operation in the control group and the path-based exercise therapy was adopted in the observation group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of mastery of exercise method,occurrence of discomfort rate,recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function and incidence of postoperative accident events and complications between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Application of the path-based exercise therapy can promote the rapid recovery of patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy and reduce the incidence of complications.
