摘要
目的:探讨自我管理教育对青光眼患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法:将120例青光眼住院患者随机分为对照组和干预组各60例,对照组患者采取常规健康教育,干预组在对照组基础上实施自我管理教育干预,半年后对两组患者进行遵医行为及生活质量情况比较。结果:干预组遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05),视功能损害眼病生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理教育可提高青光眼患者遵医行为及生活质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of self-management education on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with glaucoma. Methods: 120 hospitalized patients with glaucoma were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group( 60 cases in each group). The conventional health education was conducted in the control group and the self-management education intervention was additionally implemented in the intervention group. The compliance behavior and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups after six months. Results: The compliance behavior of the patients in the intervention group was better than that in the control group( P 〈0. 05); the score of quality of life of the patients was higher in the intervention group than the control group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: The self-management education can improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with glaucoma.
