摘要
随着矿井安全对安全监控系统要求的不断提高,安全监控系统厂家不断研发新产品,老旧产品产品会出现不兼容等情况,若整体一次性改造升级,需要大额投资,并且不能充分利用完原有设备的价值。针对这一问题,以林南仓矿井现用的KJ100N安全监控系统为例,经认真研究分析,充分利用现有条件,在不额外增加投入并保证系统稳定的前提下考虑系统改造方案,提出建立双光纤以太环网,使得新老设备共用于一个安全监控系统中,达到改造升级过程监控不中断,节约资金投入,节省工力的目的。
With the increasingly demands of safe monitoring in safe mining, the new monitoring product was evolved, the new and old product are incompatible, overall a one- off upgrade needs too much investment, without using all the original equipment. Based on this problem, KJ100 N safe monitoring system of Linnancang Mine was taken as example, the transformation plan of double optical fiber ethernet ring network based on existed equipment without extra investment was put forward, which made the new and old equipment compatible in a safe monitoring system, the technology with advantages of continuous monitoring in upgrade, saving capital investment and labor.
