双锲金属铰接顶梁临时支护在掘进巷道中的应用

摘要 针对大淑村矿174404工作面上半段配巷掘进期间沿断层前进顶板凹凸不平,前探梁临时支护无法组织有效的快速掘进的问题,经过现场实践和理论论证,决定采用支护强度大的双锲金属铰接顶梁临时支护方式。实践表明,双锲金属铰接顶梁配合液压点柱的临时支护方式非常有效,与前探梁临时支护相比,在顶板破碎、不平时使用效果尤为突出,既有效支护了顶板,又提高了掘进效率,对掘进工作面快速掘进具有积极的借鉴意义。 Based on the unsmooth in roof, the temporary support of front leaning beam without the ability to support rapid mining in 174404 upper section auxiliary roadway mining of Dashucun Mine, double woven metal articulating roof temporary support was set up through field practice and theoretical argument. The practice showed that the support technology was effective, especially effective when roof broken and uneven via front leaning beam support, the technology not only supported the roof, but also improved the mining rate, with significance to rapid mining in working face.
