三点微创小切口联合皮下隧道组织去除重睑术的临床应用效果

THREE SMALL INCISION MINIMALLY INVASIVE JOINT SUBCUTANEOUS TUNNEL TISSUE TO REMOVE HEAVY EYELID SURGERY CLINICAL APPLICATION EFFECT

目的分析三点微创小切口联合皮下隧道组织去除重睑术的临床应用效果。方弦回顾性分析2013年10月-2014年10月于本院收治的30例除重睑术患者临床资料,观察患者术后不良反应及患者满意度。结果本组患者眼睑术后疼痛率3.33%(1/30),眼睑肿胀率6.66%(2/30),感染患者无,切口瘢痕率3.33%(1/30);患者术后疼痛反应轻微,对生活工作无影响,眼睑轻微肿胀且伤口愈合情况良好,无感染现象发生;切口瘢痕不明显;患者术后满意度100%,其中27例重睑线流畅,自然美观,患者满意度高,3例重睑不明显,再次修复后患者对效果表示满意。结论三点微创小切口联合皮下隧道组织去除重睑术的临床应用效果理想,值得推广。

Objective To analyze three joint subcutaneous tunnel small incision minimally invasive tissue to remove double eyelid surgery clinical application effect.Methods A retrospective analysis in October2013-October 2014 treated in our hospital clinical data of 30 patients in addition to the double eyelid surgery,postoperative adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction were observed.Results This group of patients with eyelid postoperative pain rate was 3.33%（1/30）,eyelid swelling rate was 6.66%（2/30）,infection,incision scar rate was 3.33%（1/30）;Postoperative pain in patients with mild reaction,no influence to live and work,slightly swollen eyelids and wound healing in good condition,no infection occurred;Incision scar is not obvious;Satisfactory rate was 100%,27 cases of heavy eyelid line is fluent,natural and beautiful,patient satisfaction is high,3 cases of heavy eyelid is not obvious,patients were satisfied with the effect after repair again.Conclusion Three joint subcutaneous tunnel small incision minimally invasive tissue to remove heavy eyelid surgery clinical application effect of the ideal,is worth promoting.
