自体肋软骨结合鼻翼旋转皮瓣重建对鼻翼内陷的整形效果

THE SHAPING EFFECT OF COMBINED WITH AUTOLOGOUS RIB CARTILAGE FLAP RECONSTRUCTION OF ALAR ROTATING INVAGINATION

目的研究自体肋软骨结合鼻翼旋转皮瓣重建对鼻翼内陷的整形效果。方法选取2013年1月-2015年12月在我院接受治疗的鼻翼内陷患者24例作为观察对象,采用自体肋软骨结合鼻翼旋转皮瓣重建对鼻翼内陷进行治疗,对比治疗前后患者主要参数的差异,并观察治疗效果。结果对比患者治疗前后患侧和健侧的鼻翼基底与面中线的间距与鼻坎高度,治疗后较治疗前患者鼻坎高度明显增大,鼻翼基底与面中线的间距明显缩小,且治疗后水平与健侧无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后较治疗前患者鼻孔纵向直径明显增大,横向直径明显缩小;治疗后患者SAS、SDS评分均显著低于治疗前,面容满意度要显著高于治疗前。结论采用自体肋软骨结合鼻翼旋转皮瓣重建能显著改善患者鼻翼内陷的症状,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,具有切口隐蔽的优点。

Objective To explore the autologous costal cartilage flap reconstruction of alar alar with rotating invagination of the shaping effect.Methods Selected form the January 2013 and December 2015 in our hospital accepted treatment in patients with kidney stones in 24 cases as the object of observe,using autogenous rib cartilage with alar rotation flap for reconstruction of alar depression treatment,differences were observed and compared before and after treatment were the main parameters and observed therapeutic effect.Results The height of patients before and after treatment compared with the ipsilateral and contralateral alar and the midline and the distance between the bucket.After treatment than before treatment in patients with nasal ridge height increased significantly,and the midline of the nasal alar basal spacing was significantly reduced,and there was no evident difference in treatment after the level with the contralateral（P 0.05）;patients before and after treatment compared to ipsilateral and contralateral nostril diameter,The treatment of patients with nose longitudinal diameter increased,transverse diameter was significantly reduced,the difference has obvious statistical value（P 0.05）,and there was no evident difference after treatment with the level of the contralateral（P 0.05）;after treatment of patients with SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before treatment,face satisfaction was significantly higher than that before treatment.Conclusion Using autogenous rib cartilage with alar rotation flap reconstruction can significantly improve the patient of alar retraction of symptoms is a safe and effective method for the treatment of and has advantages of hidden incision.
