止咳散加减联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎伴咳嗽的疗效观察

Clinical observation on atomizing inhalation of combining modified Zhike powder with budesonide in treating pneumonia with cough in children

目的观察止咳散加减联合布地奈德雾化吸入疗法在小儿肺炎伴咳嗽患儿中的临床应用价值。方法漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院儿科2013年7月至2014年8月收治132例肺炎伴咳嗽症状患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各66例。对照组予以布地奈德雾化吸入疗法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合止咳散加减方案。观察两组患儿临床疗效,咳嗽消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、肺部X线影像恢复正常时间及住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.0%(64/66),显著高于对照组84.8%(56/66),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音、肺部湿啰音消失时间、肺部X线影像恢复正常时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺炎伴咳嗽症状的患儿予以布地奈德雾化吸入联合止咳散加减方案,抗炎、止咳效果确切,对患儿预后提升有利,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of atomizing inhalation of combining modified Zhike powder with budesonide in treating pneumonia children with cough. Methods From Jul. 2013 to Aug. 2014,a total of 132 pneumonia children with cough who received treatments in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College were taken as the clinical research subjects,and these patients were randomly divided into control group（ 66 patients） and observation group（ 66 patients）. The control group was treated with budesonide atomizing inhalation,and the observation group was treated with atomizing inhalation of combined modified Zhike powder and budesonide. After treatment,we observed the clinical effect, disappearance time of cough,wheezing tale and wet tale of lung,lung X-ray image recovery time and hospitalization time in these two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 0% （64 / 66）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.8%（56 / 66）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. The disappearance time of cough, wheezing tale and wet rale of lung, lung X-ray image recovery time and hospitalization time of children in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atomizing inhalation of combined modified Zhike powder and budesonide in treatment of pneumonia children with cough can improve prognoses of children. Thus, it is worthy of promotion in clinics.
