低温等离子消融术治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的护理体会 被引量:6

摘要 目的总结低温等离子消融术治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的治疗方法及护理体会。方法2011年5月至2015年2月沈阳市第五院人民医院耳鼻喉科采用低温等离子手术消融治疗65例过敏性鼻炎患儿,术后给予抗生素药物消炎、抗感染,每日对鼻腔进行分泌物清理,治疗6~8周。术前给予心理护理及术前护理、术中护理、术后护理。术后1周、4周、3个月、6个月、1年各随访1次,观察鼻腔创面恢复情况,评估手术效果。结果65例患儿经低温等离子消融术治疗后,治愈39例,好转22例,无效4例,总有效率为93.85%。各阶段随访结果表明,所有患儿均无鼻黏膜萎缩、鼻腔粘连及嗅觉障碍,无副反应发生。结论低温等离子消融技术对鼻黏膜损伤小,副反应发生少,可作为替代药物、激光和微波治疗过敏性鼻炎的首选。 Objective To summarize the treatment method and nursing experience in treating allergic rhinitis in children with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation. Methods A total of 65 children with allergic rhinitis who were treated by low temperature plasma ablation in the Fifth People's Hospital from May 2011 to February 2015 were chosen. After treatment,they were given antibiotics for anti-infection and anti-inflammatory. Clean the nasal secretions every day. The treatment lasted for 6 to 8 weeks. Psychological nursing care was given before treatment, and conventional nursing care was performed before, during and after the treatment. Follow-up was made respectively 1 week,4 weeks,3 months,6 months and one year later. Observe the recovery of nasal cavity and evaluate the treatment result. Results In the 65 cases of children receiving low temperature plasma ablation treatment, 39 cases were cured, 22 cases improved,4 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.85%. Follow up results showed that all the patients had no nasal mucosa atrophy,nasal cavity adhesion or olfactory dysfunction,and no side effects occurred. Conclusion The low temperature plasma ablation technique has little damage to the nasal mucosa. It can be used as an alternative treatment instead of medicine,laser and microwave in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
