摘要
目的总结儿童龋病的心理护理干预效果。方法 2013年3月至2015年3月沈阳市口腔医院儿童口腔科收治乳牙龋病患儿198例,根据就诊时单双号将其分为观察组和对照组各99例。对照组采用常规护理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用心理护理干预。治疗结束后比较两组临床治疗时间及配合治疗程度。结果观察组总配合率为90.9%(90/99),高于对照组74.7%(74/99),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗时间为(14.8±3.6)min,低于对照组(19.5±6.3)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学的治疗和心理护理干预,可使患儿积极配合治疗,缩短治疗时间。
Objective To summarize the effect of psychological nursing intervention on dental caries in children. Methods A total of 198 cases of caries of deciduous teeth in children who were treated in Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were included in the study. According to the odd or even number of their visits, they were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, with 99 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing care, and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention in addition to the treatment for control group. After treatment,compare the clinical treatment time and coordination degree between the two groups. Results The total coordination rate of observation group was 90.9 % (90/99), higher than that of control group[74.7 % (74/99)], and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The treatment time of observation group was (14.8±3.6)min, lower than that of control group, (19.5±6.3)min,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Scientific treatment and psychological nursing intervention can help the children to actively cooperate in the treatment and shorten the treatment time.
