黄石企业文化资源开发初探

On the Exploitation of Enterprise Culture Resources in Huangshi City

黄石有着悠久的矿冶文化史,矿冶文化资源丰富,黄石市的企业在寻求发展的过程中,充分挖掘和利用矿冶文化资源对加强企业文化建设尤为重要。文章从企业文化资源开发的角度,结合黄石矿冶文化特点和内涵,探讨了矿冶文化资源对企业文化资源开发的影响,提出了企业利用矿冶文化进行资源开发的模式和途径,为黄石市企业进行文化资源开发提供借鉴。

With a long history of mining and metallurgy culture,Huangshi has rich mining and metallurgy culture resources. Huangshi ＇s enterprises can exploit the rich mining and metallurgy culture resources to strengthen corporate culture construction. From the point of view of corporate culture resource exploitation,on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics and connotation of mining and metallurgy culture in Huangshi,this paper discusses the impact of mining and metallurgy culture resources on the enterprise culture resources exploitation,and points out the models and ways of exploiting enterprise culture revolving round mining and metallurgy culture. The findings will be a reference for the enterprise culture resources exploitation in Huangshi.
