"C- C- C" Training Mode for ERP Application- Oriented Talents Cultivation

ERP是现代先进管理思想及管理技术的集大成者,是一种基于现代信息技术而发展起来的现代企业管理模式。文章针对工商管理专业应用型人才培养存在的问题进行了分析,提出了"C-C-C"的校企合作培养模式和"五位一体"的教学模式。实践表明,该模式对面向ERP的应用型人才培养起到了积极作用。

ERP is a combination of advanced management ideas and management technology. It is a modern enterprise management mode based on the modern information technology. This paper discusses the ERP application- oriented talents cultivation for majors in business management. The ＂ C- C- C＂ training mode of university- enterprise cooperation and the teaching mode of five- in- one are presented. The practice shows that the mode is effective in training ERP application- oriented talents.
